Sarangkot is the most popular tourist destination. Tourists can enjoy the magnificent view of the mountains such as Annapurna Massif, Mt. Machhapuchchhre (Fishtail), Dhaulagiri range, Manaslu and the great view of the Pokhara Valley. Sarangkot is only 5 km from Lake Side from Pokhara and the highest viewpoint at 1592m high for Sunrise and Sunset view over the snowy peaks. Sarangkot can be reached easily by 35-40 minutes by a car ride to the top from Pokhara and then 40 minutes hike up to the main viewpoint.

This sunrise tour starts early morning at 5 am, your vehicle will be outside waiting with the driver. A short 35-40 minutes drive from Pokhara to hilltop will give you the spectacular views which might make your day beautiful. After arriving at the parking lot of Sarangkot, walk to the observatory or main viewpoint. Approximately 40 minutes from the parking lot, walk up to the observation deck on foot. Standby until the sunrise time. It is time to sunrise at last. Take out your camera and capture the photo. You will scarcely find other moments in life that stand comparison to what you capture here. Seriously even in crowds, you will forget there are people around you for a while. Please enjoy the scenery of peaceful Pokhara with the Annapurna mountain range gradually dying in the morning sun little by little. After the most exciting moments have a hot cup of tea and breakfast on top of the best possible viewpoint, then stroll down the hill through rural life and a spectacular view of Fewa lake and surroundings which about 2 hours walk down to get a hotel.
