General:
a) The information contained on the Skylark Himalayan Travel provided to us directly by the representative of Skylark Himalayan Travel is intended to be a fair representation of prevailing conditions and circumstances while, at the same time, intending to convey a required level of flexibility and adaption by both parties to these terms.
b) The tour price for both the main and any additional programme will have been mutually agreed prior to the commencement of the services to be provided.
Payment:
a) Once services and price have been agreed and a booking has been secured by the signing of this contract then a deposit is required.

b) It is the receipt deposit payment that secures the booking.
c) The deposit can be made in any currency which currency it can accept in Nepal Gov… (e.g.: USD, Pound sterling, EURO, NPR, or credit card.
Price Guarantee:
Once the deposit has been paid, the price of services agreed is guaranteed.
Cancellation/ Postponement:
a) The deposit is non-refundable (it also depend on clients condition) except owing to cancellation by Skylark Himalayan Travel in that case the deposit will be full refund.
b) In the event of cancellation by the clients, only in exceptional situation might the deposit, be refunded on a good-will basis.
c) In the condition of postponement by the clients once deposit has been paid, 50% of the cost paid can be reallocated if within a week, if before 8 days it depends on situation.
